Six The Musical ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ In this vlog my husband & I travel to Sheffield to see Six The Musical at Sheffield's Lyceum Theatre. We went to a Thursday matinee showing which started at 3pm, we were sat in the Stalls row E seats 5 & 6 and we paid £50 each for our tickets. The view from these seats was Excellent and we would definitely sit there again. The show was amazing, I loved it & definitely recommend it. The cast were all amazing, we did have the Super Swing Shakira Simpson on for Catherine Of Aragon, who was excellent. Hairspray The Musical ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐ In this vlog we go to see Hairspray The Musical at the Palace Theatre Manchester on Thursday 25th July. We paid £40 each for our ticket and we was sat in the Circle row Q seat 15 & 16 and the view from these seat was very good. The run time for the show was ~2hrs 20 minutes including a 20 minute interval. Hairspray took Broadway by storm, winning 8 Tony Awards. The production went on to win 4 Olivier awards in the West End, and multiple awards worldwide. This feel-good classic is back. The show is taking place in the Courtyard Theatre and has a run time of 60 minutes with no interval. We were invited to the show's press performance which took place on Thursday 5th December at 1pm. For this show we sat in the Stalls Row H seats 14 - 17 and the view from these seats was excellent and we had plenty of leg room. Blessyou lives in a magical icy land with his dashing polar explorer dad and his best friend Beartie. Surrounded by penguins, polar bears and piles and piles of snow, he spends his days fishing (for his favourite fishfingers), dreaming of adventure, avoiding studying for their snow exams, and missing someone very special. But when his dad brings home a jar of unusual snow – extraordinary things begin to happen. Join Blessyou on a quest round Penguin Corner, over Polar Bear Hill, through Icicle Valley and out to the Middle of Nowhere, where he ultimately discovers that there’s snow place like home. The run time for the show is 30 minutes plus a post-show playtime. The show started at 2pm (there were other performances at different times in the day) on Sunday 15th December 2024. There was no reserved seating family's sat on rugs on the floor. Z-arts and Filskit Theatre have created a festive delight with Christmas Lights, a magical show designed for children aged 1–4 and their families. With its glowing visuals, playful storytelling, and integrated BSL/Makaton, this inclusive production is a sensory feast that captivated even my older children, Alice (7) and Leo (5). The story of Alvie and Kit’s quest to light up their house blends themes of friendship, problem-solving, and creativity, wrapped in a cosy, interactive experience. Cinderella ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ In this vlog I go to see the pantomime of Cinderella at the Manchester Opera House, which stars Jason Manford & Ben Nickless. Comedy Superstar Jason Manford is BACK for a third year of panto at the Opera House as Prince Charming!
